Company-level data isolation
Every company works in its own isolated workspace. Row-level security is enforced at the database layer, so one company's customers, conversations and knowledge are never visible to another.
Role-based access
Four permission tiers (platform, company admin, project admin, sales rep) control exactly who can see and change what. Creating higher-privileged accounts than your own is blocked by design.
Humans send every message
Sellenca drafts; your reps decide. The extension places drafts into the input box—nothing is ever sent to a customer without a rep pressing send.
Instant offboarding
Deactivate an account or change its password and all of its existing sessions are revoked immediately. When people leave, access leaves with them.
You control conversation data
Sellenca reads a conversation only when a rep actively uses it (save, analyze, translate)—no background scraping. Admins can purge stored conversation history by date at any time. Data is hosted on Supabase (AWS us-west-1, USA).
Your data is not our training set
Sellenca does not use your conversations or knowledge to train shared models across customers. AI drafting runs through API calls scoped to your own company workspace. The extension never stores your WhatsApp credentials.
