We didn't start with a SaaS idea. We started with sales opportunities getting lost in WhatsApp.
A product grown from the front lines of cross-border sales.
Sellenca was not originally built as a product to sell.
It was built for our own cross-border sales team.
In our own cross-border business, we handle wholesale and custom inquiries from customers across Europe and the United States. Every day, buyers ask about pricing, minimum orders, customization, production, shipping, dropshipping and other detailed business questions. They speak different languages, arrive at different stages of the buying process and do not wait while a sales rep searches for information or asks a manager for help.
We soon learned that speed was only part of the problem.
The best answers, strongest sales judgment and most effective ways of handling objections often lived inside a few experienced reps. New hires had to ask the same questions repeatedly. Different reps sometimes gave different answers. And when a strong salesperson left, valuable customer context and sales knowledge could leave with them.
So we built Sellenca for ourselves.
The first version helped reps understand, translate and reply to customer messages inside WhatsApp Web. Then we connected it to our real products, pricing, policies, logistics, FAQs and sales playbooks. Finally, we taught the system to learn from what actually happened: which drafts reps accepted, what they edited, which questions kept appearing and which conversations became orders.
That changed the role of AI.
Sellenca was no longer a tool that simply wrote messages. It became a system that turned daily sales conversations into company knowledge.
Today, it helps every rep access the team's best knowledge without forcing everyone to sound the same. It helps new people become productive sooner, gives managers a clearer view of what customers care about and keeps customer relationships, business knowledge and winning playbooks inside the company as the team changes.
We are opening Sellenca to other sales teams because the problem is not unique to us.
Every growing sales organization eventually faces the same choice: keep sales ability locked inside individual people, or build a system that makes the whole team stronger.
We built the second.
Our mission
