Sellenca began inside our own factory-direct business, serving wholesale and custom customers across Europe and the United States.
Every day, the sales team handled questions about pricing, minimum orders, customization, production, logistics and dropshipping. The conversations happened across languages, time zones and different stages of the buying process.
We first built one-click translation and AI reply drafts inside WhatsApp Web. Then we connected the replies to our real business knowledge. Finally, we made the system learn from what actually happened: which drafts reps used, what they changed, which questions kept appearing and which conversations became orders.
Today, Sellenca is part of the team's daily sales workflow. The system currently runs on 69 business facts and 42 stage-based sales scripts. In recent production use, 97% of AI drafts were sent as-is or with only light edits.
This was not built around hypothetical use cases. It was built around real customers, real sales pressure and real consequences.
Now we are opening it to other teams facing the same problem.
